bluehat
Hi, I'm new to use the reseller account. I purchased WHMCS and I opened a free reseller account. I setup the enom reseller on test mode on WHMCS (be sure is pointing to the reseller test environment) I went in my enom account and I setup a test account (and add my server IP: 67.205.111.104). I received the following error from your API: Purchase price is greater than available balance After that, I correct this by increase the test account limit to $5000 but I received: Invalid client IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx the IP was added before and it is now added to the test environment. I'm not 100% sure I was made everything the right way. Please advise. Thank you. Adrian

Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding this matter. But, I just made a new purchase in test environment and I got Error: Purchase price is greater than available balance So, no luck with enom. Please help. 9DollarDomains
Error: Purchase price is greater than available balanceThat would be a normal error message if your available eNom balance (your pre-funded balance) is less than the product you are trying to purchase.
bluehat
I understand that but in the test environment I click the link to setup $5000 in my test account. So, normally, as I'm in the test mode on WHMCS, no such error should apear. I know is sound strange but I don't know exactly from where are coming these errors and why? I setup everything properly! Thanks for your answer.
redrat
My honest opinion after eNom? Try NetEarthOne and find the EasterEgg. New SSL offerings forthcoming anyday and some terrific rates. Then that's just my gut! Best wishes.
bluehat
Thanks redrat but I'm trying to solve my problem first. And the answer to this is not to switch between registrars. Thank anyway. I will try other guys later.
bluehat
Hi again, After I clicked anywhere I though can be the error and my IP was added to their system everything is going back to normal. But, one more thing now: I delete my test client from WHMCS and all history is gone: domains, orders, invoices. All in one click! Wow! This is great! Just I have to be careful what I'm deleting. Unfortunately, the domain is still in enom test account. My question is: In the live environment, if I delete a client completely, like I did, the domain will switch to no auto renew automatically and change the NS to enom? Do I have to do it manually in my enom account? Do you check this? Please, that's really important to know! Thanks.
chickendippers
Hi, No, deleting a client has no effect on the domain at eNom, neither will it terminate a hosting product on a server.
