blomstervand
Hi. When a client signs up with a hosting package on my site, it doesnt make cpanel account, or send cpanel login details to their mail. I have had problems with the cronjob php -q before, so if its that, are there any alternatives. Also, i have made server, given whmcs the right login to whm/cpanel, and the right access hash
Impact-John
well i do know on my side when a client sends in an order i have it set (in the package details) to automatically create account after order is placed and to send the emails i also noticed that when you accept the order you have to make sure that send welcome email is ticked off to ensure it send the clients info email to them not sure if that helps but if so awsome ** Just Makes sure that in (setup/products and services/module settings) the name of your package for each product is the exact same as in your whm package list and make sure that you have selected at the very bottom to Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received, than you should have no issue as long as server module info matches the servers whm login info. **
blomstervand
still doesnt work. It doesnt make any accounts in whm. It doesnt send welcome mail with login details. Does the cron job have anything to do with that?
datawebcorp
Not a cron problem. While logged in to WHMCS, on the client's Products/Services tab, what happens when you click on CREATE? My guess is that there's a bad variable someplace in the server settings in WHMCS.
chickendippers
Hi, Check Utilities > Activity Log, there should be an error message.
whomadeyoursite
I am having this exact problem. The support from WHMCS has been vague and has not helped me to figure out what I've done wrong. Cron on my site is functioning properly so I know it's not that. I've been through every config setting and I cannot work out what the problem is. I'm at a total loss.
othellotech
what happens when you manually click create ? which "automation" option for creation have you selected on the product ? have you accepted the order ? was the order paid for ? and it has nothing to do with the cron ...
