newtech Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 When a client submits a trouble ticket, it comes to me. I then assign the ticket to a tech. However, once I assign the ticket to the tech, I want to be able to receive e-mails everytime he or the client responds to the trouble ticket.
