silkenstrand
Since I upgraded to 4.0 my system has started sending blank pdf invoices with e-mails. Getting my clients to log in to the system is a bear, because most of them don't want another password to remember or because I've babied them too much. Either way, I've now stopped the pdf files from attaching, until I can find out how to fix this issue. Any ideas? Thanks, Tina
sparky
Did you read the update instructions? Did you move your pdfinvoice.php to your template (theme) directory and rename it to invoicepdf.tpl
gowebsol
Question, Sparky - we did not follow the directions, but I can't find a copy of pdfinvoice.php anywhere to move to the new location. I even went to the original 3.62 install files and still didn't find it. Any idea?

gowebsol
I can't find it there either - searched the whole Whmcs directory. Any other suggestions? I'm getting the blank invoices too.
gowebsol
Ha! Found it. invoicepdf.tpl was in the default them folder. Had to move it to our custom them folder. Thank you!
