markb1439 Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 My installation is very new, but the ticket system already has major issue. I log into WHMCS and I see something like "2 tickets awaiting reply." I click the link, and the ticket list is empty. The categories on the left show zero in all categories, but the ticket summary shows the proper numbers for open and closed tickets. However, I cannot access those tickets. The list is always empty. I can't help the customers if I can't see their tickets, and I worry about the reliability of my WHMCS install if I'm having issues like this (and another issue with welcome e-mails not being sent) so soon.
