markb1439 Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 I have a new (six-week-old) installation of WHMCS. The custom welcome e-mail I specify for a product is not being sent. What could cause this? It does seem to work for one product but not for any others. All products are identical from a WHMCS parameter standpoint (no automation module, etc.). I am also having issues with the trouble ticket system, which make me wonder if there is a bigger issue.
