Zeon Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 Hey guys, Since upgrading to v4 no new support tickets are showing up in the web interface. It's wierd as the Cron job pulls them through, WHMCS issues them with unique IDs and sends an email to both the administrator and ticket sender saying the ticket has successfully entered the system. So in the admin end the ticket doesn't show up but if I log into the databse with phpmyadmin the tickets are there. Any ideas? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
