apollo1
I am looking at all my support tickets in one view. Does anyone know what it means when a particular ticket is shown with a yellow background in the table, and the subject of the ticket is bolded? I have a couple of tickets like this, which were closed a long time ago but they always remain with bold subject and yellow background.
equipc
That's a good question. I don't know what it means. I've got the same. I think it's just a :visited link because you already viewed the ticket ...

Edit : it's something coded by WHMCS with STRONG (in the client area) but once more, I don't know what it means. (It's not a CSS entry for visited link as I think first)
apollo1
The only thing I can observe which makes any sense to me, is that the 2 tickets in my view both happen to be tickets which came form non-clients. The rest of the tickets are from regular clients (ie. people who have a client record in my WHMCS system). But anyway, this may not be the real reason the entry is highlighted in yellow, so I am not sure.
