TDub
Just wondering how you guys handle third party SSL cert renewal reminders. We use InstantSSL, and every time the certs come up for expiration, we don't have reminders going out to the customer which is getting frustrating for them and us. What would be the best way to set things up in v4 so that they (and we) get reminded when the cert is about to expire?

TDub
Thanks for the tip. Ok, so just to make sure I follow, you set the InstantSSL product as a standard one-time payment product, then send a custom reminder e-mail on that product manually when you receive the reminder from Comodo?
merlinpa1969
what we do is we go to the hosting product and send the email ( we have users with multiple hosting accounts so we had to do it this way ) here is the text we use for the 30 day email Hello {$client_first_name}, Just a little note to let you know that the SSL Certificate for {$service_domain} will expire in 30 days. You can login to {$whmcs_link} and purchase another one and there will be no interuption of service. {$signature} {$whmcs_link}
