djpete Posted June 8, 2009 Share Posted June 8, 2009 I imagine that after 12 mths or so an active Support Area would get a fairly big database file. Is there a way to keep support emails trim? EG removing attachments after a certain time. Or even removing old support tickets say after 12 months. Does anyone have any methods they use to keep the database trim?
