easyhosting Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 I have an invoice that was due on 04/06/2009, which should have meant first and second reminder should have been sent, but these have not been sent, yet the crons are in place Billing Settings Invoice Generation 14 Enter the number of days before the due payment date you want to generate invoices Payment Reminder Emails TICKED Tick to activate overdue subscription reminders and invoice payment reminders Invoice Unpaid Reminder 3 Enter the number of days before the invoice due date you would like to send a reminder (0 to disable) First Overdue Reminder 1 Enter the number of days after the invoice due date you would like to send the first overdue notice (0 to disable) Second Overdue Reminder 2 Enter the number of days after the invoice due date you would like to send the second overdue notice (0 to disable) Third Overdue Reminder 4 Enter the number of days after the invoice due date you would like to send the third (final) overdue notice (0 to disable) Add Late Fee Days 3 Enter the number of days after the due payment date you want to add the late fee Cron Job Report for 06-06-2009 09:00:03 Updated Currency Exchange Rates Updated EUR Exchange Rate to 1.1374 Updated USD Exchange Rate to 1.61249 Updated Product Pricing for Current Exchange Rates 0 Invoices Created 0 Overdue Invoice Reminders Sent 0 Invoice Payment Reminders Sent 0 Upcoming Domain Renewal Notices Sent 0 Services Suspended 0 Tickets Automatically Closed Disk & Bandwidth Usage Statistics Updated 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
