Issues since UPgrading: Password Strength Addon's don't list price

On the order order, if an addon has a One Time fee, the price does not show - instead it shows

($0.00 CAD One Time)

 

Also, on the order form when setting up the password the Password Strength doesn't pick up the password & remains blank. I have the Password Strenth in the admin panel enabled & set to 80.

 

Any advice would be great on how to resolve these 2 issues
