Multiple attachments in support ticket not working

If I log in as client and submit a support ticket with an attachment I have 4 issues:

1. I can only add 1 attachment. When I hit the add more button it loops back to Main Portal Area

2. If I just add one attachment it IS in the ticket online but NOT attached to the email I receive.

3. When I reply to the ticket via my computer it doesn't update online.

I thought this should happen?

4. If I check in admin to make users have to log in to submit a ticket then the link for example "Support" disappears and is hidden although I haven't checked it to be hidden.

Can anyone else confirm these?

Using latest version 4.01

Should add I am using v4 layout for admin but default for cart area instead of portal.

I still have issues

2,3 and 4 when I switch to portal.

The add more attach issue works fine in that view.

All solved...

For others if you have any of the above issues.....

"

1. This is caused by missing the new JS header include detailed @ http://wiki.whmcs.com/Version_4.0_Release_Notes

2. The email should contain all the attachments for the client but not for the admin who gets the notification email My edit here

3. You need to configure email piping for this - see http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping

4. Client only departments won't show to those who aren't logged in

"

This above was from Matt.

I added the script as in point 1

changed my piping from pop to normal and all great.

Thank you!
