12 hr time format in admin

I noticed that the time format in v4 in the online demo is 12 hr as in 10.45am.

But in my install it is 24hr.

I am sure it was ok with v4 but may have changed after 4.01 upgrade.

Or am I imagining things?

Any switches for this or a mod?
