Prorata problems on new orders

Hi Everyone,

 

We are having ongoing problems with prorata on new orders.

 

We bill on the first of each month.

 

Today is June 1st, so if someone orders they should simply pay a full month - no prorata should occur.

 

For some reason though our system keeps trying to charge for another full month - ie. 1 month for June, and another month for July. A screenshot of this is attached.

 

In our settings, we have the following:

Prorata: ticked

Prorata Date: 1

Charge Next Month: 31

 

We can't find the right settings for this.

 

Please help.
