The "administratos" and "administrator roles" are not functional in the demo version so I could not verify whether it is possible. I also browsed the forum and could not find any precise information on it. We have some account managers that we'd like them to be able to add and manage their own clients by creating an administrator's account for them. When they log in, they will be able to manage only the clients added by them. As for the billing, It would be done for all clients by the main administrator. Is that function available? The Administrator roles defines who can do what, i.e. sales can only do sales related stuff (like for example add coupons, check client's details, etc), or support support stuff (check control panel details, reply to support tickets, etc), accounts accounting stuff (like activating accounts, suspend & un-suspend accounts, etc. What you need is a reseller account on the relevant server. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
