adamn Posted May 28, 2009 Share Posted May 28, 2009 I've recently installed v4 when switching from modernbill. I have a problem with package upgrades, I've had a couple of clients upgrade their pacakges, they've done this through the client area I then approve the orders and get a message saying it was successful however this isn't reflected in their package in WHMCS or on the server. I have to manually change their package and then click the "Change Package" button. I would expect the whole process after the approval to be automated, is this not the case or have I configured something incorrectly?
