Log-in required to create a support ticket

newtech

Question

I just purchased and installed WHMCS.

I did not realize that the program forces a person to already have an account with us to submit a trouble ticket.

One of the uses of this program is for those who have blogs on a multi-blog site to submit trouble tickets. There are over 200 users. None of them are going to have an account with me.

Is there no way for a person to submit a trouble ticket without having an account? I thought that was something I could turn on or off.

Ok-that allows for a support department not requiring client account.

However, I also have another support department that does require accounts.

When a person goes to submit ticket they can see the link to the support department that does not require login but they cannot see a link to the support department that requires login.
