No that will not work, I want to have a billable item ie Website Maintenance but need to have different prices per client base on the amount of work they require over a year.

the new feature which I have been waiting for will do this perfectly I just want to know when we select billable item there is an option to say how many times it is to rebill,, ie for 2 years 3 years etc.

So if we want it to continue rebilling untill cancelled what do we place in the times box a Zero or do we leave it blank.

If anyone can help please would be great.

I would still use a Product, not a Billable Item. You can manually set the price for each client, or use configurable options to calculate the price based on hours per month or the like. As a bonus, you'll also be able to easily see all of your active maintenance contracts.

Unless you're saying the price also will change every year, in which case it sounds like you need something to remind you to update the price and bill.
