Benoit
does the payment gateway report back the banks receipt number and logs into WHMCS? Yes. It will log all transactions. When failure does it report to the customer the issue. Eg. invalid number, no funds ect.. Yes. You can show the error on the invoice by adding the error variable to your invoice template.

daniel.cole
Just a quick question: with the Bendigo Bank you can get access to the MiGS service via the website, or optionally via an API. Does this module require we have access to this API? Edited May 26, 2010 by daniel.cole
Benoit
Not sure I have understood your question. We provide 2-Party, 2.5-Party and 3-Party integration models. The script should work with any bank if they use the MiGS Gateway. You will need to ask your bank which integration model you are allowed to use and configure the module accordingly.
daniel.cole
Sorry just another quick question - does this module supprot adding transaction fees to teh amount processed? For example if we wanted to apply a flat $0.99c transaction fee that the customer pays?
Benoit
Sorry just another quick question - does this module supprot adding transaction fees to teh amount processed? For example if we wanted to apply a flat $0.99c transaction fee that the customer pays? No, the module does not support this. We can add it for an additional fee but please note by using this feature, your merchant bank may terminate your merchant account as MasterCard and VISA do not allow this.

ZoukLover
Hi! I am having an issue previously reported: MIGS is not showing up on the Setup> Payment Gateways page What should I do? Regards
ZoukLover
Hi Dave, You need to upload everything inside /modules/gateways/ to your /modules/gateways/ folder of your WHMCS installation. Then login to WHMCS Admin and go to Setup -> Payment Gateways and select "MiGS". Also make sure you have uploaded everything in Binary. If you wish you can provide FTP access to your WHMCS and I will setup it for you. I am having the same problem. How do I fix it?
Benoit
Follow these instructions: 1. Extract the ZIP file 2. Open folder 'files' 3. Upload folder 'modules' to your WHMCS root directory. That's it. Now you should configure your merchant account from WHMCS.
Benoit
You should also upload it in BINARY mode.

It seams to be a problem related with fields on the module Please help Regards It looks like you are using 2-Party integration model. In order to be able to use this mode, you will need to have your bank enable the recurring flag for your merchant account and be allowed to take credit cards directly on your website otherwise you will only be able to use the 3-Party integration model. For additional support, please submit a support ticket on our website.
caminoz74
Hi Benoit, Sorry if this is a silly question but I want to use your module with the Bendigo Bank and just need to understand the practical steps that happen in an order process i.e. is the payment finalised within whmcs or is the user transported to the banks payment service (any other steps please outline)?... also whether whmcs is able to keep credit card details for recurring automated transactions. Thanks
taylorn
Hi Benoit I would like to purchase this to use with Commonwealth Bank. Are you able to tell me what I require from my bank's end? Such as merchant account/facilities etc? Thanks
Benoit
Just apply for an Internet merchant account and they will provide you with the merchant ID, access code and secret key. If you require the merchant hosted integration model (2-Party and 2.5 Party) and recurring billing, you will need to ask them to activate it.
