lemongrass
Hi! I have amassed domains registered at various registrars including: ResellerClub - Namecheap and DistributeIT I have imported all the hosting details from WHM which brings in the domains without any registration, expiration dates etc. Do I need to go through an manually edit these dates for each domain or can WHMCS get the information from each registrar if I tell it which Registrar the domain is with? When I chose Resellerclub there was a cron that said it would check etc but I tried that and most of the domains still have 00/00/00 as dates. chickendippers
Has the WHM importer created actual domain records for each imported account? I was under the impression that it just created the hosting product records. To the best of my knowledge there is no domain name import script and you need to enter them manually: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Importing_Data#Manual_Domain_Only_Entry
lemongrass
Hi! Yes it created a hosting account (based on the WHM entry) and also a domain record (under the Client / Domain tab). It just didn't have any details like registrar, dates, prices etc. So I'll just have to go through and edit them manually for the correct details! Thanks for your help! chickendippers
I'm afraid so. As long as the registrar is set correctly the DirectI/Enom expiry date synchronisation tool should get the expiry and renewal dates automatically.
