  1. I haven't uploaded a logo image yet - as I am only using for my records at the moment. All other pages seem to load fine, just this one comes up a blank page in Admin.
  2. Hi Another blank screen problem - most of the screens work find in Admin but I have just created a new invoice for a customer and when I go to view it all I get is a blank screen. I have looked through the troubleshooting but can't find where the problem may be. The page that comes up blank is: .../members/admin/invoices.php?action=edit&id=1539 eg: if I click the Invoice # from the outstanding invoice list I go to that screen which is blank. WHMCS is licensed from my host so I am unsure if I can contact WHMCS support directly or not? Any idea what could be causing the error? Ernie
  3. Hi Cool thanks for that, I'll check to see that they are all the same and hopefully they should get one invoice Ernie
  4. Hi I bill for hosting, domain registration and SSL Certificate separately but a couple of customers have them all due the same day. Will WHMCS merge them into one invoice or send 3 invoices on the same day for the same due date? If so, I thought maybe a bundle would work here, but how can I bundle items that already exist in the system into one `item'? Ernie
  5. Hi Is it possible using the `Conditional Display' in the email template to display a note if the customer has a previous invoice unpaid. eg: This invoice does not include the amount of $xxx.xx which remains unpaid from a previous invoice. Please log in to your account to view unpaid invoices. with the $xxx.xx being the amount owing from past invoices. And if they have no outstanding invoices the text etc is not shown? Ernie
  6. Anyone have any ideas? If not that's fine, but having a billing systems that won't email bills isn't of much use
  7. Hi! I am getting the message: Could not instantiate mail function for some mail items. I am getting for every CROM running of the: WHMCS ResellerClub Domain Syncronisation Report I am however getting daily emails about other Crons running at the same time. I also had it happen as a client (the first one) has an overdue invoice, and today an overdue notice was to be sent but it didn't and the error message in the log is: Email Sending Failed - Could not instantiate mail function. (User ID: 6 - Subject: First Invoice Overdue Notice) Any ideas on why this is happening, it seems to be sending other emails OK for Invoices Created, Payments Received etc.
  8. Hi! Is there a way to prevent my clients from applying the Registrar Lock or for the red banner saying they have not enabled it from coming up - mainly for .au domains The reason is apparently when a Registrar Lock is placed on a .au domain it prevents the domain from propagating and in effect removes the domain from the net. One of my clients locked all their domains Sunday and then all their domains and websites and emails stopped working. The registrar said it was the host and after a day escalating it further up the host said it was the registrar - the registrar said Yes the domain is locked which prevents propagation! Here's what they said: Locking a .au domain name will cause the DNS delegation to stop working properly. They said it is an `issue'. So I'm guessing I have to edit a page to prevent the message coming up - which page would I edit! Ernie
  9. Hi Anyway of finding out which module is causing it. The only registrar update I did was one for DistributeIT which is now with TPP - but I then changes it back to the default files and it's still happening. Ernie
  10. I am using v5.03 and whenever I go into a domain screen in Admin and press SAVE CHANGES I get a screen similar to this - it's not formatted just a plain text dump and I have to back out to go to the previous page etc: It happens whether a registrar is chosen or not and only happens on the domain screen: /admin/clientsdomains.php I thought it may have been because I hadn't yet entered the dates etc but I tried that and still the same. Any ideas what may be causing this or how to fix it. Ernie
  11. Hi I know there have been several threads about this problem before and I think I've been through most of them to no avail. I am getting the dreaded: Module Command Failure - Login Error whenever I try to do something with WHM via WHMCS. - On the SERVERS tab if I use a Password rather than the Access Key I can click the WHM button on the page and it will log me into my WHM Install (This would indicate to me my login is correct) - When I go to either: Utilities>Cpanel Import and click import it comes back with no results. (Should it come back will ALL results even those that are already in WHMCS or will it come up blank if the account listings match?) - If I create a New Account and try to CREATE the account it says `Are you sure you want to run the create (or suspend etc) function'. I enter a reason and click TES. It `thinks' for about 2 seconds and comes back with the Login Failed message. == My login details should be OK as I can get to WHM from WHMCS using the password as above. == I have told my host that according to WHMCS it may be the WHM Brute Force setting - they have replied and said they have flushed the IP cache and I should send them my IP address to make sure it's not banned (although if I can manually access WHMCS and WHM then I wouldn't think it was banned but anyway!). Anything else I can try, or any other suggestions? I can't log a direct support ticket with WHMCS as it is licensed through my host! Ernie
  12. Hi! OK, so with this bundle feature could I say create a bundle that consisted of a domain registration and hosting, and then make them due the same day and add or edit the order to reflect the bundle? I haven't seen how to configure bundles or if it can be just like another Product/Service: eg: Product 101 = a bundle of Product 88 and Domain Registration When will the general unwashed be able to try the new version (if it's days then I will wait) but if it's weeks then I will have to battle on with what I am doing and hope to change when it comes out!
  13. Hi! I have a number of clients who have products due in the same month but on different days. Is it possible to somehow set it to generate either: - One invoice for all products due this month to be paid on the 1st (Normally it would issue 2-3 invoices but now issues just one due on 1st) - Multiple invoices but still due the same day (preferable for one invoice though). Also is it possible to pro-rata an annual payment to become due on the 1st of the month? So if a client signs up annually on the 11th they would in fact pay for their first year through to the 1st Nov next year and then regular annual after that. (Maybe the new `bundles' feature coming in v5 would help somehow). Thanks Ernie
  14. Hi! I have clients who have a number of services and domains with me and I have just installed WHMCS. I am going to email them all about how to login etc but was wondering if there is a way to include a list of all their services and domains etc they have with me; something like: When I looked at the email templates I saw something called Looping that said: {foreach from=$array_data item=data} {$data.option}: {$data.value} {/foreach} could I use this and if so how? Thanks Ernie
  15. EDIT: Worked it out of course as soon as I hit send, I had the Monthly Price Breakdown box ticked. Doh! ============================= Hi! I'm sure it is something simple but my hosting prices are listing like: Standard Hosting 3 Month Price - $14.95AUD 12 Month Price - $8.33AUD which is I was ordering I would think 3 months was $14.95 and a year for $9.33 - these are however monthly prices (3 months - $44.85 and a year $99.95) I have had a look under the product and under Pricing I have Setup all as $0 and Quarterly as $44.85 and Annually as $99.95 This is happening with other hosting packages too. Any idea of what I need to look for? Thanks Ernie
