Austdata
I need to change the IP the registrar sees as mine (I think I stuffed it up when I combined two of my own accounts). My WHMCS set up sends off my shared IP and the registrar is rightly knocking it back. Where can I change this in WHMCS so it sends the dedicated IP I'm supposed to be using? Cheers, Mike PS: I did try to search for this buy VB doesn't like two letter searches even with extra words. Bah, humbug.
chickendippers
I don't think WHMCS 'sends' an IP. You need to contact eNom (at a guess) and have them add your dedicated IP to the whitelist.
Austdata
Not much use in that, I'm with DIT , and I don't want to use the IP I issue to shared hosting customers.
othellotech
the "curl" callouts will go from the main IP of the NIC simple answer - move your WHMCS off the shared hosting server
Austdata
Where does WHMCS get the IP from? It is set to the correct value in "Setup, Servers". If I change any details in the "Setup, Clients Profile, Domains tab", I get this error: Registrar Error ERR: 105 (and the shared IP) This seems to have started recently but I can't be sure, it may have been that way since the install.
