TDub Posted May 24, 2009 Share Posted May 24, 2009 Somehow my ticket list is showing two tickets awaiting reply. But there are no tickets waiting for a reply. Anyone know how to reset this value to zero? TDub Posted May 24, 2009 Author Share Posted May 24, 2009 Sorry, guess I should have clarified. On the v4 admin homepage, where it says the number of tickets awaiting reply...shows 2 right now.
