Methinks Posted May 24, 2009 Share Posted May 24, 2009 Since installing v4 which is great by the way. My portal page has changed and not for the better. I can use the old portal but loose some functionality. KB Articles just loop back to categories and never show the actual article. If I use the portal that comes with the new install I loose my header which has my live support in it. If I try to use my header in the top of the page it breaks the whole page up terribly. How can I merge these two files or how can I get KB articles to show up on the original portal. This would be the best answer as my customers are used to and like the old portal system.
