Recommended Posts

Hi,

Im new to this forum so bear with me 8)

I have just setup email piping however, when i want to reply to the ticket i have to delete the whole ticket. and write a new message.

I would like it so it has a reply above this line line at the top and you can write the reply above the line. Is this possible ?

I would really like to see this as when I'm replying to tickets via my phone its a real headache scrolling down the screen to delete the old message. Adopting a reply above/below the line setup would save me all the hassle :)

Hi,

Thanks for the replys.

Matt.

Is there anyway you can show us what bit of code we have to add?

Cheers,

Tom

Tom,

We use one of the lines as per the "tblticketbreaklines" table in the database.

See my example attached.

You don't need to use the line we did. Just check the tblticketbreaklines table for the others listed or simply add your own.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,

Dale

Guys is the line "==== REPLY ABOVE HERE ====" supposed to show in the email sent to admins when a client responds as at the moment it only shows in the email sent to the client when an admin responds which doesn't help me at all :(
