My question is this: How do I add a domain a customer purchased through me to their client profile in WHMCS? Additionally, if they purchased the domain for free, how do I note that it was free? bedot Posted January 10, 2007 Share Posted January 10, 2007 1. In the admin panel, under "Orders" select "Add new order" 2. Select the client name from the list, then select "Domain registration Only" and [ Continue ] 3. Select "Transfer an Existing Domain" and enter domain name below and [ Continue ] 4. Enter your named servers, and chosen payment method.. and select [ Update Order ] then select [ Complete Order ] Set the domain to active, and mark the invoice as paid.. Regarding noting if the domain was free, i would suggestin setting 0.00 in the amount field for the domain... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
