WebzPro
Under settings it says... Enter the required password strength from 1 to 100 - Enter 0 to Disable I am more concerned on the length for Reseller Club. So what's the formula for the amount of characters set? In need to insure 8. I did check wiki comes up blank.

Not only does it have to be 8-15, but it also cant be anything other than alphanumeric, plus must include one uppercase letter and one number.

I did not catch the uppercase requirement. This is part of the message they sent out. "According to the new password policy, every new password must have a minimum of 8 characters and must be a combination of alphanumeric characters."
MACscr
Im not 100% sure thats their requirements, but thats what NetEarthOne told me to use when creating their password fix script and I included a javascript password strength checker as well. EDIT: basically any registrar that uses logicboxes has that restriction.
