Foreign support ticket Subject field garbled in e-mails

Hi,

 

Whenever I submit (from the client area) a new support ticket with a subject that is not in English, the e-mail that I receive has a subject that looks like this:

=?utf-8?B?W1RpY2tldCBJRDogODA1NzI2XSDQotC+0LLQsCDQtSDRgtC10YHRgtC+0LI=

This problem was not existing in 3.8.2.
