Simple CSS change

I'm somewhat vision impaired and slightly unfamiliar with CSS.

I was hoping someone could point me to a simple change that can be made to the CSS template file changing the text from a greyish color to black.

 

Grey on white background is hard for me to read

Find

body,td,th{color:#666;

 

and change to

 

body,td,th{color:#000;
