merge field problems in Hosting Welcome Email

I was wondering if anyone could help me sort out why none of the fields in the Hosting Welcome Email don't merge.

 

Everything else in WHCMS seem to be working great. Server Status in the Client area is functioning; Client Area Details and Signup emails populate fine.

 

Its just the Nameservers, cPanel, FTP, etc in the Hosting Welcome message that don't merge.

 

The servers are set up, I'm wondering if there was something I missed when setting up WHMCS.
