xpcwebhosting
I've read the docs on how to manually add an existing domain to whmcs, the problem i'm having is that it's still charging the client and automatically renewing the domain on enom, even though it's nowhere near due yet. How do I manually add a domain that isn't due for renewal? I've got the registrar set and the dates are correct, but it still generates an invoice and all that... very confusing. I followed everything on the instructions... except for when it says "enter the correct next due and expiry dates", I use the enom updater script to import that information, instead of manually entering that data. Not sure if that makes a difference. Any ideas? Edited May 7, 2009 by xpcwebhosting
othellotech
pick *email* or *none* as the registrar when accepting the order then change the registry to enom when you put the correct dates on the record
