Kayako LoginShare?

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I have WHMCS installed as my billing system and Kayako as my support system. I haven't done the WHMCS/Kayako integration since I don't like it all that much (I've tried and tested it).

Hence I'm looking into LoginShare modules so that a user only needs 1 set of login details.

Looking around I've found:

http://www.explovision.net/

Although I see their last update was around a year ago. Hence I'm wondering what is the most common/up to date login share software around?

I don't mind paying for it of course :)

Many thanks,

Tristan Perry

it dosnt work with 4.0 I have contacted them about an upgrade

In fact, we now have a loginshare for WHMCS 3.x.x as well as WHMCS 4.00

We have updated the loginshare from http://www.explovision.net/ to work with WHMCS 4.00 and Kayako 3.50.06. If you have donated for this loginshare in the past, you are entitled to a free upgrade, which you should have gotten emailed to you already. If not, please contact us for your free upgrade via the contact form on the website.

As always, support and updates are available only by contacting us through our website. If you ask for support in this thread, it will probably go unnoticed.

Best regards,

Josh

For anyone to know...

I've had WHMCS for some time and just purchased SupportSuite. I also purchased explovision.net for this and it works flawlessly with WHMCS 4.1.1

A special thank you to Explovision.net for finding a way to do this. Seriously. I don't want my users to have multiple usernames and passwords for my site... that would be way too complicated. This helps to simplify things. I hope Varun from Kayako takes note from this and has them integrate this into their software.

I got off easy as this is a fresh installation of SupportSuite, so I can do a clean LoginShare with WHMCS.

For those looking for proof: https://secure.geek3.com

(BTW, I also wish Matt/WHMCS could give the option to force SSL on everything... my secure.geek3.com looks funny when it defaults to http:// ... but that is for another thread )
