dordal Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 Guys- We have a client who: 1) Had an overdue invoice 2) had violated our TOS We suspended them for the violation of the TOS using the 'suspend' button. They then paid their overdue invoice, which triggered an automatic unsuspension. Problem was, I didn't want this because they'd violated our TOS. Is there a way to stop automatic unsuspension?
