Creating Automatic reminders from excel

Hi

 

I have been selling domains and web hosting to small business clients who basically specialise in "not wanting to know about it -- just do it!"

 

Until now I used Excel to invoice once I was reminded to do so by my Rainlendar.

 

But I want to move to WHMCS, so I got it installed.

 

But . . .

How do I get existing customers' sales to invoice automatically from WHMCS when they've already been with me and Hostgator for 4+ years?
