adamsinfo Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 Hi there, I have a WHMCS installation running with cPanel module integration. All is working well, however when clients log in to WHMCS and generate tickets, I do not receive an email to the address I entered when I created that support department. I can not find any additional options in order to customize this either. I have checked the logs on the mail server when a ticket is created, and it simply isn't receiving anything!
