Hostcape
Hi, I am trying to register a domain through the WHMCS plugin and I am getting this message Registrar Error ERROR: permission denied for relation user_authentication_failure_log_2009_04 My password is correct and the account has $$ on it. Any idea what could cause this?

netearth
I have seen that error before, and it isnt a standard OB error (the OB being the platform). Ill try to remember what it is!
WebzPro
This might have something to do with the fact that Resellerclub will no longer accept a registration if the password does not have 8 characters numbers and letters. They dropped this bomb out of the blue and left anyone using a API just hanging and no time to adjust. Here is their announcement https://support.resellerclub.com/support/servlet/ShowNewsServlet/news106.html When v4 is released we will be able to force password lengths.
Hostcape
Thanks for the replies... so I changed the password according to the RC instructions.. changed it in WHMCS as well but now i am getting this message {passwd=Password should be alphanumeric characters with minimum of 8 characters and maximum of 15 characters} That would suggest my pass is wrong but it isn't !
bigsean
the error message is referring to the password the customer set in the Profile tab of their account. This is very annoying and I am unsure of how to fix it. Temporarily you can adjust your customers password to meet the requirements and then register the domain and then change their password back once done. tedious I know....
