TDub Posted April 27, 2009 Share Posted April 27, 2009 I'm having problems with a non-expiring recurring discount being continually applied to a customers invoices each month. I set up the discount as a recurring promotion (checked the box), enabled the payment cycle (any), the plans it applies to (selected the specific plan, of which his is one), put no expiration date (blank), unlimited uses (0), Apply once per order (checked), and Apply to new signups only (checked). I think the last two options may be the reason the discount is not being applied again each month automatically. Should I disable "Apply once per order" and "Apply to new signups only" since this is a recurring discount on the plan for the same customer? Not sure if WHMCS is considering the recurring invoice as an existing order and/or this is not a new signup anymore therefore those two options are causing the discount to not be applied on a continual basis. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
