Using WHMCS can I implement a payment system similar to the one used on: crazyegg.com?

They take credit cards right on their site and set people up for recurring billing.

 

Can someone please tell me how to implement this?

I dunno, does your merchant account with your bank let you store credit cards and automatically debit them yourself? I don't see anything stopping you from doing this if the bank will let you. WHMCS doesn't control your merchant facilities, your bank does. WHMCS will store credit card details if you want, but unless your merchant facility will let you use them, you can't.
