isdoo Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 Hi, I am not sure how many domains I have affected, but I have at least one domain that the system has not sent an invoice for. The domain xxxxxxx.com expires on 24/04/2009, and this is the next due date and also the expiry date. I am set to send out invoices 45 days in advance. Any idea why the system would not be sending out invoices - I dread to know how many others have not been sent out, as there is no easy way (AFAIK) to see which invoices have been generated for any particular domain / service. When a client has over 150 domains and invoices almost daily then it is not easy to search through every invoice, not know what is missing. The domain name(s) listed below will expire in 731 days. Ironically this is the same domain name!
