Jortex
Hi, im trying to register a domain at Namecheap via WHMCS. I submit the order and when i go to view it the registrar drop down is blank and i have to select namecheap from the list, i then click accept order (after marking the invoice as paid) Namecheap is setup to be the registrar for this specific tld. Once ive done the above i get an email with the following: WHMCS Automatic Domain Registration Failure Notification The order placed for *********.*** has received its first payment and has been automatically submitted to the registrar Client ID: 378 Domain: *********.*** Error: Parameter RegistrantOrganizationName is Missing At first i though it was because the client (my test one) didnt have the company name filled in but ive since done this with no luck. My namecheap account has plenty of funds to cover the purchase. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
chickendippers
I believe Namecheap develop their own module for WHMCS, have they updated it for version 4?
Jortex
I was assuming that with Namecheap now appearing in the domain registrars section of WHMCS that it was enabled by default in V4 and no additional files were needed? If not, whats needed?
chickendippers
Ah it is included in V4, my apologies I hadn't noticed. I don't know what the problem could be then.
ljesh
I had the same problem (I am using namecheap, sorry ), and informed Matt in a support ticket. Guess what, he fixed it. There isn't anything he can't fix.

chickendippers
This problem was in the release candidate so will have been fixed in the stable.
