mikeroq Posted January 3, 2007 Share Posted January 3, 2007 I have reinstalled whmcs numerous times, to the letter, and templates still do not work. http://xannhost.com/whmcs/ all those pages are blank, but admin panel works fine Also, all folders that needed to be a chmod'd to 777, and i have deleted all tpl files from template_c many times. When you look at the errors, it says it cant inlcude the templates_c files even though they are there. I have tried support here, and have gotten no where, can anyone on the forum help me? Willx Posted January 3, 2007 Share Posted January 3, 2007 See i had the same issue i made sure i backedup the tempaltes_c files and what i did was i uploaded my templates and then i had the issue of that and Matt said to me: "Check that you have the templates_c folder CHMOD to 777 so the templates can be cached to improve page loading performance." that worked just find after i reuploaded the template_c files and CHMOD just the folder 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
