New mail - New ticket function

Dear whmcs users.

 

I'm now using the auto import function of WHMCS to import mail.

This works fine for replayed mail of a ticket.

 

But when someone sends a new mail (new question) whmcs does not import it.

(looking trough the logs, it logs that the mail has been seen but with no ticket ID, what is correct because its a new mail)

 

My question is, is this function available, that new mails that are being imported are automatic a new ticket?
