beet Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 (Apologies if this is a duplicate submission...had a power glitch and I'm not sure it the original got posted.) When I try to send a quote by hitting either "Download PDF" or "Send as PDF" I get a blank screen. I'm running 3.8.2 -- never tried the quotes system on any earlier version so I don't know if it's a new problem or not. Blank screen shows: whmcs/admin/quotes.php?action=sendpdf&id=3 (or action=dlpdf for download) Forum thread: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=18811 seems to discuss this same behavior. Add a line $display_errors=true; to the configuration.php file and retry it which should give an error. If you can't figure it out based on that, open a ticket for furthur assistance. In case it's useful to someone else: I'm using an older, custom template and didn't update it with the new quotepdf.tpl file when that functionality was added.
