guestsrl
H all. Is possibile to pay an affiliate only on services bought by new customers? We don't want that an affiliate will be paid every time a customer buy some services, but only if the customers is a new customers. For example, should be nice if the affiliate cookie can be used as a check. Today a new customers (no cookie) buy a service and affiliate get paid. Tomorrow the same customer (now with cookie) will buy another service. In that case, affiliate will not gey paid. After cookie expire, a customers is seen as a new customer. Is possibile?

othellotech
an "if" in your tpl to remove the affiliate value if the client takes the "sign on" rather than "sign up" link would do it
guestsrl
can you tell me where the if should be placed? I don't understand very well the affiliate system..... Next, we would like to thread as "new" even customers that bought us a service after 30 or 90 days, so we need to set up a cookie. But I can't set up a cookie inside a template due to headers already sent.
Redsign
an "if" in your tpl to remove the affiliate value if the client takes the "sign on" rather than "sign up" link would do it The only problem with that is if they're already logged in then that form won't come up. Maybe a bit of sql in an action hook would be more reliable? Ben
