support ticket question from field

whenever I reply to a support ticket its placing my name instead of my business, I am using at the moment version 2.4.1, with a few people responding to tickets they are all showing as from myself, can this be changed to eg businessname support team ???

I've setup separate accounts for the other people I want replying to tickets and doing other administrative stuff, this allows me to keep track of each user and what they did (not only in tickets, but in the admin and activity log - so if a customers invoice is somehow deleted, I can see who did it)

 

Works out great :)
