s1rk3ls Posted January 3, 2007 Share Posted January 3, 2007 I've setup separate accounts for the other people I want replying to tickets and doing other administrative stuff, this allows me to keep track of each user and what they did (not only in tickets, but in the admin and activity log - so if a customers invoice is somehow deleted, I can see who did it) Works out great 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
