Selling Support Tokens?

Hmmm - I don't think that is exactly what was being asked by clothingsavers.

 

My understanding of the new feature in V4 is that we can create invoices on the fly in the ticket system if we decide that the task they are requesting is a billable task.

 

I "think" what clothingsavers is wanting is to block them from using the ticket system at all until they buy more support tokens. No time wasted saying... "Sorry can't support you because you are too cheap to buy tokens" :o)

 

...correct me if I misinterpreted you clothingsavers
