coolguyz_2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 hi, is that possible to prevent clients to re-open a closed ticket? lets say for example if i close a ticket, my client can re-open that by simply replying to that ticket. is there anyway to prevent this? However this kinda ticket has its own pros and cons. how would one feel if the client posts your ticket details, like timestamps and hide his questions, on a public forums claiming you took 3, 6, or 8 months to reply.
