Closed Tickets

I've a few clients who keep on using one ticket all year long for every new request they have.

 

However this kinda ticket has its own pros and cons.

how would one feel if the client posts your ticket details, like timestamps and hide his questions, on a public forums claiming you took 3, 6, or 8 months to reply. EEEK
