growe
Has anyone else been having problems with the support system? From the admin panel of my WHMCS install, I submitted a support ticket to WHMCS. After not getting a reply for the nice folks at WHMCS in the normal response time, I logged into the WHMCS site and was surprised to see that there was no pending support tickets. I then checked the confirmation email I had received and followed the link and voila... the ticket was there. Confused as to why it was not shown in the system when I logged in, I figured I must have not sent the ticket from the same email address my WHMCS account is set-up with. I verified it and it was the same. I then followed the link in the confirmation email once again and closed the ticket. I then reopened another ticket from within the WHMCS client area instead. The ticket was created and I got the confirmation message. The ticket shows when I follow the link in the confirmation email but it does not show in the WHMCS client area. I still have not received a response from the nice folks at WHMCS so I am not certain their ticket system is working. It is possible that in the past I have been lucky enough to receive exceptionally fast responses and this time I'll have to wait for a normal response time. Since there "appears" to be a problem with the system, I thought I would check and see if anyone else is having the same problem. readywire
They recently updated their member area. If you're still having trouble getting a hold of them, it might not be a bad idea to email support@whmcs.com from your email client.
